DN Solutions Unveiling 20 Advanced Machines at EMO Hannover
DN Solutions, a prominent player in the global machine tool industry, will exhibit at EMO Hannover, the largest machine tool fair in the world. The company will showcase a diverse lineup of 20 cutting-edge machines, each speaking to the power of automation and technological innovation.
EMO 2023, themed "Future Insight," will be held in Hannover, Germany from September 18th to 23rd. DN Solutions’ 20 offerings at the show span three categories: Flexible Automation, Real Digitalization and Green Forward.
Flexible Automation
DN Solutions will show the fruits of collaborating with various companies specialized in automation, including robot automation. Visitors will witness the seamless integration of various work handling solutions, such as robots, gantry systems and pallet handling solutions. These pairings include:
- - The LYNX 2100LSYB compact turning center and a collaborative robot
- - The PUMA TW2600M twin-spindle horizontal turning center with gantry loader
- - The NHP 5000 horizontal machining center and Round Pallet System
- - The DVF 4000 5-axis vertical machining center with automatic work changer
Real Digitalization
DN Solutions will introduce smart manufacturing solutions based on user-friendly digital transformation technology. The benefits of digital twin technology will be shown, including minimizing risks through virtual verification and reducing machine setup time. With multi-tasking machining turning center SMX3100ST, DN Solutions will also exhibit the skiving machining technology using the table turning function. Additionally, live machining demonstrations will be conducted, carefully selecting machining items to effectively showcase the unique features and characteristics of each machine.
Green Forward
DN Solutions’ energy-saving solutions will also be shared, such as the mist-free solution for oil mist purification and the power consumption monitoring system. Specifically, the mist-free solution offers the advantage of minimizing motor power, resulting in reduced power and maintenance costs. In pursuit of this goal, the solution is designed to be compact, transitioning from a factory unit to a machine tool unit.
Additionally, visitors can see DN Solutions’ multi-tasking machine, the SMX2100ST, at the Siemens booth. Through cooperation with Siemens, the SMX 2100ST has been equipped with SINUMERIK ONE, Siemens’ CNC optimized for digital twin technology.
