    DN Solutions operates its parts logistics centers from major logistics hubs in South Korea, China, Germany, the U.S. and India, and supplies parts to customers around the world within 24 hours of receiving their orders. We also provide a GSPM (Global Service Parts Management) system that manages stock availability, stock location and the shipping of parts in real time.

    Our rapid spindle repair service is able to repair our conventional spindles within 24 hours and our high-speed built-in spindles within 48 hours.

    We offer a reliable customer service through the Anytime Full Care (AFC) service, which provides a 24-hour dedicated advisor service to customers who operate machines in automotive plants 24 hours a day.

DN Solutions offers regular training to customers to enable them to operate our products correctly and efficiently . Call Service

To reduce machine downtime, we provide a 'Call Service' facility where one of our specialists can provide expert advice and guidance on the status and recovery of a machine without actually visiting the site. We also provide technical manuals for inspection and to help conduct online checks that enable us to respond to customer enquiries within 24 hours.

The DN Solutions warranty applies to all DN Solutions purchased through DN Solutions subsidiaries or DN Solutions dealers.
The warranty differs from region to region, with the usual warranty period lasting 18 months from shipment or 12 months from installation, whichever comes first.
