DN Solutions has established a medium to long-term environmentally friendly strategy with the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. We are actively working to reduce carbon emissions through initiatives such as improving energy efficiency at our manufacturing facilities, researching and implementing green technologies, and expanding our use of renewable energy sources. Furthermore, in alignment with the Paris Agreement's goal of keeping a global temperature rise below 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, we are committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from our operations by 40% by 2030. DN Solutions is making substantial efforts to achieve these targets, including energy efficiency improvements and the installation of solar power generation facilities.
We at DN Solutions, are committed to achieving carbon neutrality by strengthening our management systems and transparently communicating the process with stakeholders. Since obtaining ISO 14001 certification in 1999, we have been actively practicing environmentally friendly handling of resources within our facilities and expanding waste recycling efforts. Additionally, we systematically manage all greenhouse gas emissions generated at our facilities and the associated reduction achievements, all of which are subject to verification by accredited institutions.
We at DN Solutions, are actively engaged in efforts to enhance the environmental friendliness of machine tools. To achieve this goal, we utilize eco-friendly LED lighting, high-efficiency coolant pump motors, and inverter-controlled chip conveyor motors to reduce unnecessary power consumption. We also have implemented solutions such as a sludge-free solution to extend the lifespan of coolant, thereby reducing waste, and a mist-free solution to minimize the emission of harmful substances generated during machining. These initiatives are aimed at reducing waste and extending equipment lifespan, thereby contributing to the global environment.
The machine tool industries have evolved significantly: fossil fuel vehicles have shifted into green vehicles, and fossil fuel turbines have transformed into facilities that produce renewable energy. We are also actively adapting to the transition towards a low-carbon society by expanding our customer base to include eco-friendly automotive and alternative energy industries. We aim to further advance our precision technology to contribute to the transition towards a low-carbon society.
