SOFTWARE

DPMS

DPMS is LPS (Linear Pallet System) operating software that enables efficient part setup and machining using the LPS system to achieve customers’ production schedules.

When the customer enters parts and production scheduling information in the DPMS,
the software schedules the machining order and brings pallets to the setup station according to customers’ priorities. If the customer sets up parts in the pallet, the pallet is carried to the machine to enable machining.

If the machine is filled with pallets - a stand-by facility at the buffer station is available. Additionally,
the DPMS can be used to monitor whether the system is operating effectively and efficiently.

  1. ① Menu bar

    Performs major functions of DPMS

  2. ② Work list

Displays the progress of pallets (from the list)

  3. ③ PC OP panel

    Conducts AGV automatic operation

  4. ④ System layout

Visually displays pallet and station information

  5. ⑤ Message

Displays AGV operation log and alarm messages

Highlight

01 Preparation - Program/jig/part data , Production plan simulation , Supports up to 16 parts per pallet. 02 Production - Scheduling by delivery order, Automatic pallet call , Program automatic transmission. 03 Monitor - Program manager, Tool life manager, Remote alarm / Remote DPMX. 04 Report - Production results, Alarm history, Status history 01 Preparation - Program/jig/part data , Production plan simulation , Supports up to 16 parts per pallet. 02 Production - Scheduling by delivery order, Automatic pallet call , Program automatic transmission. 03 Monitor - Program manager, Tool life manager, Remote alarm / Remote DPMX. 04 Report - Production results, Alarm history, Status history

Major function

    • - Inputs and revises production plans
    • - Creates jobs and work programs according to the schedule
    • - Checks overdue delivery, tool shortage, capacity utilization rates, etc.
    • - Supports 16-part program per pallet and offset program registration/entry
    • - Enables skip setting of parts registered in the initial setup
    • - Supports part unit count
    • - Displays the one-week station pallet status history by Gantt chart
    • - Displays pallet status rate by station (graphically)
    • - During unmanned operation, if the alarm is generated an email is sent allowing a quick response to the situation.
    • - Alarm to be sent, the recipient, alarm time, etc. on the setting screen can be selected- Show the required amount of tools by machine to enable tool preparation
    • - Shows the required amount/number of tools that will be required by machine
    • - Checks tool shortages before transferring pallets to machine
    • - Automatic operation resumes even if unexpected tool problems occur during unmanned operation
    • - During automatic operation, the system generates specific scheduling and operating information for the worker preparation
    1. ① Next AGV move

Predicts and displays 2 transfers after AGV

    2. ② Schedule chart

Displays setup and machine schedules by chart

    3. ③ Setup schedule

Displays pallet transfer schedules by setup

    4. ④ Machine schedule

Displays schedule of pallets transfers to the machine

    5. ⑤ Short tool

Displays tool information that is expected to have insufficient tool life

    • - Web-based DPMS monitoring system
    • - Checks LPS status remotely via the web
    • - Registers program, work and plans remotely
    • - Function designed to allow the sharing of information between existing systems (ERP, MES, etc.) and the DPMS
    • - Supports the input of production plans and the output of production results through file sharing, library provision etc.
